DESCRIPTION:Grand Dog is kicking off June 1st! Do you have a lovable critter that would love the title of Grand Dog?? Don’t be fooled by the name ‘Grand Dog’\, any critter is welcome\, from furry\, to feathery\, to scaly! Here is the scoop. Advocates for a Violence Free Community and Pet Pals partner together for this awesome fundraiser. We raise awareness about the connection between animal abuse and domestic violence in the home. Throughout the summer we run an election and raise money by every vote = $1. On September 25th\, we will have an election party and announce the new Grand Dog! You get to wear to title of Grand Dog till 2018 when we run another race. Prizes and bragging rights are abundant. Nomination into the race is $25 and forms can be picked up from any local Grand Mountain Bank or the Granby Animal Shelter. For more information please email us at GrandDog@yahoo.com. Good Luck!
